August 11, 2019Would keep the roaches and mice in control it’s a gated community if you stay in the back and you catch a cab to do shopping they will not let that cab in they also tore down the bus shelter which means you have to walk from the back to the front and down you have to leave early or you will miss your bus. I haven’t seen a roach since they cut orkin now these roaches coming to my table with they plate and spoon looking to eat too it’s ridiculous but they will hound you if you owe them but can’t ...maintain these buildings. Terrible
May 19, 2018Terrible place to live , they check trunks of cars run people back grounds , park is nasty , mice , roaches , it’s really hot in the apartments if you can’t afford a $500 ac prepare to nearly die ! They still had the heat on in May when it’s hot outside . Worst place to live I wish I can afford better I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here unless you have no where else to go !!!Reseña de Apartments.com
A joke
November 29, 2017Don't move here they turning the place in to a jail. Your guest can't be parked on the property after 9:01 pm or it will be towed. They check your car and your trunk before you can come home and there's always long lines to get in. And if you want to have company you have to come all the way to the gate just to get them god for bid they forget their ID they gotta go all the way back home. It is located in the north end of the city of Waukegan ; is the perfect apartment for anyone living or working in or near the Waukegan/North Chicago area. This complex is a fully gated community and has 24 hour security on premises which makes it a perfect place for families looking for something affordable and secure. Units are newly renovated, with amenities such as wooden kitchens, new flooring and ...appliances with spacious living areas. There are a mix of 1-2-3 bedrooms that can accommodate all family sizes. The location is a hundred yards from the main road with a gate partition for controlled access, offering security and privacy. Apartments include one two, and three-bedrooms with ,and each features an outdoor patio, perfect for grilling or just relaxing. The grounds also include a two fenced in playgrounds, Community Room and ample laundry facilities.
