I relocated to terre haute 2 months ago and decided to take a chance on Willow Crossings. So glad that I did! Katelynn in the office was super helpful at answering my dozens of questions and adjusting the timeline to get me in when I moved here. I have had a few minor issues since moving in, but Katelynn and the maintenance team were on top of it. Their communication has been refreshing.
Overall, it’s a great place for your money! I love the location, I feel very safe for being in a new city,
...they have the best rated public elementary school in the district, and the grounds seem to be pretty well kept. The apartment itself isn’t going to be in a magazine, but I love the floor plan and the open concept. It has everything you could need and the bedrooms are spacious. You really can’t beat it for the price and location. My children love watching the squirrels play on the mature trees and birds splash by the pond.
The only “negative” I’d share which probably isn’t a negative for most, is the internet. You have to use their contracted company and since I work from home, I like being able to shop around and find the best fit for me personally. The internet does seem to be average and on par for Terre Haute, though so no worries if you’re a remote worker like I am.
