if I can put 0 stars I will. I planned on moving in these apartments in hopes for a fresh start as a single mother. This was going to be my daughter’s first room on her own but our fairytale turned into a nightmare quickly !!!!!!!! From the moment I stepped into the unit it’s has been excessive roaches. So bad that pest control came twice and I also attempted to use 14 raid Foggers AND THEY ARE STILL THERE. Management is aware of the problem and still refuse to just move my unit . After two ...

attempts of pest control the manger told me that Pest control told her the unit has to be deep cleaned to see any improvement and she still thinks it’s okay for my one year old to live through those filthy conditions until they get it together. Please save yourself and money while you’re ahead.

The management is rude and disrespectful they don't know how to talk to people. There in the office talk about the tents to other tents. They went up on my rent not once but three time and lied about it. Maintenance people fix thing when they want to. So don't think it going to get fix the next day or so try six months or a year that sounds better. The pictures you see are about eight years old the place don't look that good.

They are all rude in the office. The manager just sits in the office she don't do no ground walks in the apartment complex until it's time for inspections, she don't do anything about the riffraff around here like the selling of drugs in front of kids and they don't put out any notices letting you know when something happens on the premises car or home break-ins. The play ground have shredded up tires pieces, the pool always closed needs news pool furniture the gym only open during the office ...

hours. The ground around here always looks trashy, some of the park benches are poorly installed. They have poor book keeping when it comes to rent then they have the nerves to put a notice on your door saying your rent is under paid when you be have paid receipts showing u current on rent. They open your package sometimes when its delivered or pretend it's not there a big headache. Jackie thinks she the owner of the complex here, she'll make you want to slap the taste out her mouth. People running daycare out their units. DON'T MOVE HERE

Close to 249, 1960 corner, Beltway 8, 290 and 20 mins from I-45. Several shopping and restuarants options available. Two malls, close by Willowbrook and the Outlet mall. Nice and cost efficient apartments with energy saving screens and appliances.

Little gem hidden in the rough!

I live in a really cute 1 bedroom apartment here, and I love it! Recently remodeled, I have all new stainless steel appliances, new counters, cabinets and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, and wood style floor. I live right by the pool, in a little nook that has amazing shade, so it stays very comfortable inside, even in the hottest weather. Washer/dryer connections on my back patio, and a laundry room right across the sidewalk. The office staff is very professional, always helpful, and there ...

is an on-site security guard at night. Also, the best part.. no bugs!! I have had bad experiences with roaches in past apartments, and I have not had any trouble here at all. The rent is very affordable, and I'm right by Willowbrook Mall, restaurants, and close to work. It's a very family friendly complex, lots of kids and pets, and I feel very safe here. I will definitely be here for quite awhile!

Toilets seem to have a problem flushing, unwanted smells seem to come out of nowhere, gnats fluctuate being in the apartment, ants were a menace last year, (have not seen any this year) a series of mishaps that seem to be counterbalanced by decent apartments, good appliances, better than most apartment mgmt (that is not saying much in Houston, they are not in the upper echelon, and definitely not in the lower tier, slumlord) All in all if i had no choice that was better i would stay, its just for ...

the price i am thinking i should be in a 2 bedroom, when i think about the overall quantity.
