extreemly loud bikes at random hours of the day and night. There is good here as well, there are a several kids, and a school about 2 miles away. As I said, they are animal friendly, and have no issues with large dogs. For the most part my immediate neighbors are very nice, and everyone seems to be respectful of your privacy. The units themselves are not bad, they have a nice amount of room, 2 bed, 2 bath, fireplace, small yard, 2 story. We only share 1 wall with our neighbors, and hear very little through the walls. The kitchen has a lot of room, but little storage space. The floors in our unit are a nice stone, however some other units have wood floors. Carpet on the stairs, and bedrooms. Our unit was "renovated" prior to us moving in, with that said the bath tub is old and chipping, the dishwasher does not always drain, and if you turn on the oven light while the microwave is on, you will blow a fuse. All in all this is not that bad of a place, for the price. But i have lived in nicer and quieter places.
