November 26, 2024Great service team and staff! Azzaria was multitasking and linked me with the Service Manager to address my issues. Her attention to my concerns and her efforts to resolve my issues impressed me. I knew I was in good hands..she immediately worked up my issues in a ticket and made sure I was a priority. She was holding down the office while others were on vacation and saw me impromptu between clients. She really acted as a seasoned vet and reflected great credit on the property management team. ...She handled all of my concerns with confidence while multitasking her other responsibilities. Furthermore, The service manager made calls on the spot to resolve my issues and took time to listen to me. He made sure that an agreeable plan was put in place to resolve my issues. He called his tech and explained the situation and made sure I was seen by close of business the same day. They both went above and beyond while short-staffed and during the holiday season. October 15, 2024I toured every apartment complex within a 2 mile radius of Windsor Encore. The other complexes cost the same while being further from the interstate, having less natural light, and being overall not nearly as new/nice. I was immediately met by a welcoming and extremely helpful leasing team. I was walked through every detail of the property, even in the lease. I felt that the process was very transparent. The property itself is very well maintained and I have always felt safe on the property. The only negative thing is that I am still waiting to have a plumbing issue addressed. September 16, 2024I recently received a survey regarding my experience living at my apartment complex, The Windsor, in Cobb. While I appreciate the vibrant dining and entertainment options in the area, I have serious concerns about how management has managed the cleanliness of the premises. The hallways and stairwells have not been consistently cleaned during my time here, and I've encountered issues with roaches, which is quite alarming given the rent we pay. This problem seems tied to trash being left in the ...hallways, contributing to a growing rodent issue. Additionally, I was disappointed with how management handled a late payment while I was stranded in the Cayman Islands during Hurricane Beryl. Despite my request to waive the late fee, it was denied, which felt unsympathetic and unhelpful toward tenants who always pay on time. Overall, the most pressing issue is the poor condition of the building. I often hesitate to invite guests over due to the state of the garage, stairwells, and hallways. Although the hallways were cleaned this week, that level of cleanliness has not been consistent.
