Looking around the current market, we're definitely paying at rate, and slightly above consider all the hell we weren't through 3/4ths of our lease during their purchase. The hope they fill the spaces, I have no doubt, but the management is new in the building and needs to understand that treating tenants like crap at even a mention of an alternative isn't the answer. Some notes: the trash is always overfilled, vagrants constantly go through them, some tenants smoke so the hallways will smell here and there, the rooftop trash never gets emptied, and one thing I learned during my last conversation with the new management; if they bad mouth other tenants and the community they took over, they'll do it to you when you're not around as well.
