Roaches, no maintenance, tons of hidden fees

When I first moved in these apartments in 2021 everything was good. The grounds were kept nice, and the maintenance responded and fixed things when they broke down. There were a few roaches, but pest control came and took care of that. They also charged me for valet trash service that I never used. property outside. they will only come out quickly and respond to water leaks! I have made many maintenance requests on the website, since the beginning of 2023 up until now and they just ignore them. When I call the office to make maintenance requests, they just lie and say someone will come and they never do. they say they will call you back and they never do. My apartment is infested with roaches and this is the last straw. Do not move here! The move in special is how they get you, but don't do it, you will regret it!!
