Roaches, no maintenance, tons of hidden fees
April 2, 2024When I first moved in these apartments in 2021 everything was good. The grounds were kept nice, and the maintenance responded and fixed things when they broke down. There were a few roaches, but pest control came and took care of that. They also charged me for valet trash service that I never used. Now, in 2024, the property has no maintenance, poor management, or is under new management and all they are worried about is collecting rent, charging hidden fees, evicting tenant's and sitting their ...property outside. they will only come out quickly and respond to water leaks! I have made many maintenance requests on the website, since the beginning of 2023 up until now and they just ignore them. When I call the office to make maintenance requests, they just lie and say someone will come and they never do. they say they will call you back and they never do. My apartment is infested with roaches and this is the last straw. Do not move here! The move in special is how they get you, but don't do it, you will regret it!!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here
May 23, 2023They will show you a nice modeled apartment and then on move in day, expect the complete opposite. Paint chipping, roach/flea infestation, broken appliances, toilets leaking, etc. I will not be renewing my lease here, it is not worth what I am paying.Property Manager Responded

It’s terrible here! Management don’t care
October 30, 2021My a/c unit is broken! I call it in four times a week! My hot water heater finally got replaced! My bath tub acrylic have fallen off! The gate stay broken and it scratched my new truck twice! I only stayed cause I was on injury and hadn’t received a check during the time I wanted to move! Moved in Feb2021 - Worst experience
April 18, 2021Update April 2021: Absolutely the worst place you can live at. Do not live here whatsoever. Building 12 is the worst one you can live in. We found out the resident in our building that is causing so much of a noise disturbance has had the cops called on them FOUR separate times by another resident (not by us) and after we complained too, the management team “does not get involved” with those matters. I have emailed proof of them saying this. We’ve been here six weeks and will not be renting here ...again. I also contacted the corporate office at Roscoe Management and got no response whatsoever. Pitiful. If I knew how to attach videos to this review I would. I have proof of the noise disturbance of the resident that gets the cops called on them continuously, and another resident blasting music at 6:47AM that vibrates the whole building. Previous review from Feb 2021: Move in was lovely. Please speak to Nikolle. She is the assistant property manager and has been able to make our transition here seamless even during the winter storm. She is the person to speak to regarding anything you need. The community itself is not loud, but we are on the third floor and often hear some loud noises and cannot locate who it is. Nicole is a godsend and we could not be more grateful for the care she provides to the community here.Property Manager Responded

Horrible apartments
April 6, 2018When I first moved in I was extremely excited. I felt as if my family and I finally found a place we can call home. I moved in and was surprised by our little roommates (roaches)! But I got rid of them after bombing the apartment several times. I didnt let that stop my joy though. But the next month I started to notice that I'm paying over 100 extra for trash and water alone! I have been asking for wood blinds in my bedroom since I moved in and I keep getting told the same excuse every month. ...(They ordered the wrong size) and I have to wait. Next thing I know I'm getting charged lease violations over lighter fluid and a bag of trash that I just put outside by my front door that morning. I am not happy here at all. Everyday I'm worried if I'm going to come home to a lease violation. And how much more will I have to pay the next month. I feel as if they are just nit picking because they need the money! All of my neighbors feel the same way. They keep the outside appearance up but the inside of the apartments are looked over. And I'm still confused as to why management feels they can just walk into your apartment without giving you a phone call? Take it From someone who read the reviews before I moved in and still decided to go for it... They are not worth the money you can definitely live somewhere better. They seem as if they're price is great for the size and always beg you to give good reviews but I should read the recent ones and listened. Now I'm stuck here for a year until my lease is up. Ugh! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER UNLESS COMPLETELY DESPERATE
September 19, 2017I signed a year lease and it was horrible! I had a visitor who's truck was stolen and it took all day for police to find. whoever stole it used it to steal tires and car parts! it was found an hour away! i had another visitor who's car was towed by the tow truck service. when we went to the tow truck office they admitted it was a mistake. the pool was never open the entire time I lived here. I couldn't walk to my apartment without feeling safe with all the gross men outside staring. we had ...attempted break ins at least twice and my roommate and I didn't feel safe whatsoever. save yourself some stress and do not move in here! this place caused us so much stress! we rarely saw the officer who is supposed to patrol the apartments. They don't have security cameras! the residents are rude! I dont have high standards whatsoever. i expected the least for this price but I at least wanted to feel safe. also, the maintenance men took FOREVER TO FIX ANYTHING. ACTUALLY THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. It was terrible. im so glad im out of this place.Property Manager Responded

Definitely moving soon
September 14, 2016I've lived here a very long time and have never thought about writing a review until now. My air conditioner has been broken all summer. It leaks in my daughter's room causing the walls to mold. Sometimes it's well over 80 degrees Maintenance has been the worst ever over the past few months. I've even reported this problem after hours and never received a return call. Usually I pour bleach and clean the carpet myself. I've had a hole under my bathroom cabinet floor for over a month now and no ...one has come back to fix it. The pipes under my kitchen sink has been leaking for about 3 weeks. Maintenance did attempt to fix that but obviously didn't. Now the floor is rotting. Michelle PProperty Manager Responded

Horrible apartments
February 29, 2016The first week I moved in there were roaches, and a mice. Maintenance never came to fix the problem. This lady named Rosie is super lazy with here job, and is super rude to residence, she needs to be fired. Parking is horrible unless you get a parking pass, which I have been waiting to receive for a month now. It is loud, just horrible place.Property Manager Responded

Frustrated
October 28, 2015Management is incompetent! And prove is in the office as the people that work there have to end up being replaced every year as we'll as maintenance.I keep getting eviction notices even though the rent is payed & won't even apologize for inconveniencing me because of their mistake,a/c stop working 2 days ago and even with multiple phone calls still nothing.Just because some residents have good experiences doesn't mean is that way for every one, but they will all realize it eventually.Property Manager Responded
