April 21, 2025My husband and I just came in and did a walk in tour. Most places we've gone didn't take the time to even show us anything with little to no information. Right when we stepped in I believe his name was Manny welcomed us with a big joyful smile. Immediately we felt welcomed. He asked if we were thirsty, grabbed us waters we went into his office and we explained to him everything we were wanting. He went down the list of apartments to find us the right one. We went on a tour starting through the ...clubhouse and walked to the model apartment. OMG everything was so spotless and smelled so good!! We really appreciated all the details explained to us. We are most definitely going to be submitting applications. We haven't found any other place that welcomed us like he did. Phenomenal job by the Community Manager here at Woodland Park. If anyone get's a chance to stop by they won't be disappointed. We came on such a beautiful day! Grass looked amazing, pool was sparkling through the model window. Just Amazing!! Great Property

AMAZING COMPLEX!! MOVING IN SOON
June 25, 2024I’ve been to a lot of different properties and this one by far is the most comfortable! The pool is gorgeous and sparkly I can’t wait to jump in. Very quiet community. Love the north side, great new development going on and friendly people in the area. I can’t wait to move in here! The size of the apartment and comfortability is exactly what I needed. Gorgeous Property
June 18, 2024We have lived here for just under 2 years and have had a great experience. The maintenance crew is absolutely amazing, and prompt! I lost my house key in the emergency break of my car with my dog locked in my apartment and Daniel came after hours, fished my key out and saved the day! With a smile and not making me feel I inconvenienced him at all! The front office communicates well and are always friendly! We have recommended this complex and crew to others, and have had 2 different friends move ...in due to the recommendation who have also had a great living experience!Property Manager Responded

Home Sweet Home!
September 20, 2022If you’re looking for a safe, clean, above the norm, caring community, look no further than Woodland. I’ve been trying to gather words to express my gratitude for Woodland, but words don’t seem quite adequate. What makes this place so special is the hearts of the employees, Brisa, Trinity, Daniel, Mark, and the newest addition, Cameron. Long story short, I lived here 3+ years and moved away to be closer to my work. It was a terrible mistake but one that these friends helped me correct. They went ...ABOVE and beyond to arrange for my return to Woodland. All the necessary paperwork, the readying of the apartment for move in, etc… all done professionally with a warm welcome! Efficient
September 6, 2022I have to give it to the staff here. I have been a resident for years. They still have the 2 same maintenance guys (who are amazing) I once had 1 of them come out at 3am for an emergency & did not complain & was friendly the whole time. To being short staffed periods of times, I once saw the two office ladies leaving at 9pm. Even when being short staffed they still completely all my requests in a timely manner including maintenance, never once have received nothing but a friendly & enthusiastic ...demeanor.
