Maintenance is Awesome!

I moved in on March 1st, 2018 and love Derrick in maintenance and Patricia at the front office! This is my family's first apartment, so when we were first moving in I was very nervous. Everything was made very easy, any time we have a problem they are right there to help. Our AC was very loud and it was replaced asap. I had a problem with the faucet on the bathtub being stripped and the water wouldn't stop running. Derrick rushed there immediately even though it was around 9pm and was there in 2 ...
minutes after call. When you first hear that maintenance will have a key to your apartment, you question it, however Derrick is VERY trustworthy and very friendly. We are so happy we found this place! We are in a 2 bedroom, but honestly we could have gotten away with a one bedroom for the first year because my daughter is still a infant but to avoid having to move in a year we went with a two bedroom. SO MUCH SPACE! I have 6 closets and 3 are walk in. Very spacious. The park is very convenient. Our balcony is our favorite relax place, rain or shine. Love it here and plan on being here for a very long time!
