May 8, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe last reviews on this page are from 2019. This month they displaced 75 families due to making renovations. Most people who live here struggle to make ends meet as it was one of the more affordable places in Flagstaff. They did not pay for moving expenses, they did not plan the timing well especially for students asked to leave during finals week. They gave you the option of moving back in to a renovated unit for $500 more per month but continue to place carpet in the whole apartment and have ...cheap kitchens. There is a mold issue in lots of the ventilation ducts in the apartments. Why would you live there when you can find much bigger and more quality places for that price. Bella investment group who owns the property touts being an advocate for people but never answered two of my emails. They did nothing to help anyone. It was a very poorly planned way to make their renovations to make more money without considering the lives of real people! Go elsewhere!Leer Más

November 8, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comI really like it here at Woodlands Apartment Complex. Workers in the office are very nice and always very helpful to me. Only except a few things inside the apartment, that I have reported already.Such as the stove, the water heater and the water has to run for a little longer to get warm up. Other than it is excellent here and I can tell anyone about it. The parties and the popcorn daily is great too. Thank you all for helping me.Property Manager Responded

I find that the location of this apartment facility is highly optimal in terms of it's proximity to local businesses, Northern Arizona University and the Mountain Line Public Transit System. The facility includes the following features: laundry room and mail room, community clubhouse (complete with kitchen/TVs/pool table), hot tub, swimming pool, weight/cardio exercise room, complementary freshly made daily ...popcorn and coffee. The facility also hosts community events (ex: movies at Harkins Theaters, community dinners, etc.) and is one of the more affordable priced housing facilities for Flagstaff.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

Best apartment complex in flagstaff

My boyfriend and i spent an entire day looking at all the apartments in flagstaff and in the short time we spent at this complex we knew right away it would be our new home. Most complexes in flagstaff are very shady and this is the complete opposite. They offer plenty of amenities, year round, and the staff is fantastic. Best Apartment Complex in Flagstaff for the Most Reasonable Price

Other places won’t know a single thing about what they’re doing- or they’ll just act like that so they can continue to try stealing more money from you. I could feel the good vibes as soon as I visited the clubhouse to discuss leasing. Maintenance is quick and professional and the whole staff is nice. There’s no confusing layout to get lost in either like so many other apartments in the area. Simple, good vibes, homey apartments for a ...great price.
