Manager doesn't care for the people of the complex and is obviously unauthentic when listening to your problems. Neighborhood is unsafe and bad for an apartment complex with a gate. Internet speed is unreliable, I have cox and was having issues with speed for months and it took the fourth mechanic to tell me a wire was loose underground. If you have a family with 3 cars, try to rotate your parking pass around otherwise you'll end up parking outside the gate where your car is free game to anyone
...late at night. It sucks because this place used to give out three parking passes, until some people started making copies of the sticker so they changed it into something you hang on your rear view mirror and reduced the number to two. Now that i'm forced to park outside i've had my car broken into three times where they've stolen multiple things such as my regristration, insurance, stuff you'd put in the trunk. I've had my gas tank drilled into and my window smashed open. I'd recommend looking for another apartment complex if you can because this place is definitely not worth it.
