July 28, 2025I just moved in this wonderful community , however I know some people cant afford a house and like myself lived in apartments for awhile but here at yardley its a house with beautiful back yard and I feel like im a home owner even tho its called "apartments houses" so if your looking for more space, quality, no noise above/below you this is the place for you! July 7, 2025Fantastic place to live. I’m a new empty nester and this was a perfect fit for my adjustment to new life. The sense of community is there, great neighbors, super pet friendly and the amenities are great! Pool is awesome to hang out and meet neighbors, gym is great. The homes are all upgraded and have beautiful appliances and finishes. Can’t recommend Yardly Elevon enough!Property Manager Responded

June 9, 2025I moved here from Indianapolis 2 weeks ago. I did everything via phone and internet. I called in and spoke with Tre and his customer service was amazing. I applied right after and got approved instantly, it was the fastest process ever. 10/10 When I arrived to move in, I noticed my AC not working my unit was 85 degrees. It was after business hours so I called emergency maintenance and they came out immediately. The 2 maintenance guys (can’t remember names) one was the supervisor - they were so ...professional and were welcoming me to the neighborhood. They came and checked in to make sure everything was okay and working after the AC was replaced. Awesome service provided by them!! Tre, at the leasing office also made sure I was taken care of by offering me dinner and a discount for my first day. I was so impressed by this teams service it made me feel so comfortable being so far from home. Definitely recommend making this community your home!Property Manager Responded
