At first, things were okay. But now that I have moved out and am living in another complex, I am so glad I got out when I did. My car was hit in the parking lot by one of their cleaning services and nothing was done. They looked at the dent that was made and never got back with me on anything. They also charged me for carpet replacement claiming it was brand new when I moved in, which I can promise you it was not. I had to leave the pool numerous times because it was disgusting and not ...
cleaned. Trash overflowing. They were supposed to powerwash the breezeways but somehow never made it to my building. Claim to be a gated community, however the gate was wide open my first 2-3 weeks living there. Plus, people just follow in behind you or sit there in the front parking lot waiting to follow in. They also just let anyone show up to the pool, even people who don't live there, and do the bare minimum to make them leave.
I know they will probably respond to this comment, but to be frank, there is nothing that will make me happy about how I am ending here. They are money hungry and will do whatever to get you to pay more once you move out. I paid a cleaning fee which they offer upon your move out (hints the cleaning van that hit my car as stated above). Before even attempting to clean, they just started ripping carpet up looking to find anything they could to charge.
