    This was one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. We were repeatedly told the unit would be fixed and move-in ready, but every time we came back, it clearly wasn’t. It felt like empty promises just to keep us on the hook. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable. We encountered pest issues and overall poor cleanliness, which shows a complete lack of care and proper inspection. No one should be expected to move into a place like that, especially after being assured it was ...
    ready. What made this worse was the unprofessional handling of the situation. Communication was frustrating, inconsistent, and dismissive. We wasted time, money, and energy trusting what we were told, only to be let down again and again. This entire experience was stressful, exhausting, and avoidable. If you value honesty, cleanliness, and basic standards, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

  • Great maintenance team

    December 13, 2024
    The unit they gave my wife and I looked pretty good. We had a plumbing issue occur and we called the emergency maintenance line after hours and spoke with Robert. He was great as he advised me what to do to stop things until he got there. Showed up 10 minutes later. Polite professional, fixed the issue and cleaned up everything and advised us he would follow up the next day to make sure there were no other issues.

    First of all the fact that the main office keeps replying to these reviews with "please contact us directly" is laughable because there is zero way to contact the office - the phone is completely automated and they won't reply to emails or voicemail. I understand they had a recent changeover in management but I would have thought that would have been rectified by now. Most of the amenities they advertise have not been operational for some time: the work out room and pool have been closed since ...
    at least the pandemic began. The laundry room is hit or miss and is frequently flooded. The gate system is annoying- instead of a code, there is a buzzing in/phone system that is confusing for some people, and doesn't do much to keep out unwanted people, as we still get religious solicitors, and advertisements and flyers on our doors. The back gate by the park gets stuck frequently and they removed access to the pedestrian gate that faces Walmart: this causes those of us that need to get to the bus stop to have to walk through the unlit park in the dark. I'd understand the inconveniences if the gate system did add security, but considering solicitors are still able to get in, I'd say it doesn't. Yes, there are good things: I've never had a problem with my immediate neighbors and I've never personally dealt with theft or break ins, and I've been here six years. The times I've seen signs of danger appeared to be results of personal or domestic disputes. It can be hard to find a balance between safe and affordable and this location does fall in a good place between the two (particularly in a big city like San Antonio), which means a lot even when considering all of the above. I'm able to get to and from work and the store without a car, which is more than I can say for other complexes in this area of San Antonio. Take my negatives with a grain of salt: like I said there's been a recent change of management, and it appears they read these. Let's hope they take it to heart.
