    If you don't mind a building snitch reporting your every move to the property manager this may be the place for you. If you don't mind a property manager that makes promises and never comes through because the owners can't afford it, this might be the place for you. If you don't mind a bathroom with broken fixtures and two different floor coverings, and lots of mold and mildew, a kitchen with a rusted porcelin sink, cabinets that everything fallls out of because they are so old and off level then ...
    this is the place for you. A yard full of trash barrels, old furniture, and unkept landscape complete the look.Nice neighborhood though.
