August 21, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for a year and it was horrifying! The apartments heating system does not work, they never mopped or clean the building, tenants are obligated to go outside to take their own trash out, and the building is roach and mice infested! The apartments are over priced for the conditions the building is in! No one is on call for maintenance emergencies and management is not responsive! You can definitely find a better apartment in the area just don’t move here!

February 4, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI was accepted for an apartment in this beautiful and spacious rooms. However, there are far too many listings, as one listing said pets were okay. Then, when I spoke with the leasing office, they said pets weren’t accepted. So, now I have an apartment in the Elmora neighborhood which is actually better. No shade, just my opinion.
