This apartment is located on the first floor of an Victorian-style 5 unit building that once housed supervisors of local factories and later railroad workers. Despite having a back parking lot that abuts the railroad tracks, the inside of the apartment shows off beautifully aged wooden floors and even has the original antique doorknobs on some of the inside doors and closets.

efficient natural gas furnaces and water heaters. The sewer line has been replaced as well.

In summation, modern and glitzy it ain't, but then, it wasn't meant to be in the first place. City living without the big price tag.
