Don't waste your time
July 23, 2021Please do not waste your time and spend your money on this building and these people. Terrible experience. After three unsuccessfully phone calls and making scenes about scheduling a meeting, we finally agreed and arrived at the agreed time (came 5 minutes before). A man who was working on the front desk was very kind. He called a guy whose name is Shone (or something like that). He was terrible. He told us that his working hours were over and he was very unkind and rude. I want to say that we ...were with a baby and even that didn't impact to this people to be a little more kinder. I'm not sure what it's about, maybe they did not have available apartments or something else. In any case, this is not the way to work with people. I want to share the first impression of entering in the building: very dirty, broken and dirty glass at the front desk. Also, the neighborhood is very ugly and dangerous. I rarely write reviews but this one I had to because finding an apartment is very stressful and I want to help someone not waste their time on it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Cheap Quality Rip-Off
February 12, 2021Everything is cheap quality, the floors stain and they will charge you for that, sinks leak and washers leak and damage the floor and they will charge you. You won’t see your deposit back and they never fix anything properly.Review from Apartments.com
I would give zero star if I can
November 23, 2020I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to live here. This building is so rushed and haven't met anyone who is satisfied with their unit as it always have some sort of breakdown in the units. Had to replace AC, fridge and washer/dryer. I would not expect such defects in newly built "luxury" building. Floor and paint is cheap and will get dented with slightest touch. Management is so unprofessional and extremely unresponsive. Thank me later. DO NOT move here unless you like wasting your money.Review from Apartments.com
