September 14, 2024I made an appointment for earlier today for 2pm to take a tour of the apartments. Aaliyah did such a great job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and I decided that my family and I would be happy to be apart of this community. It’s quiet and clean and they offer so many amenities. Aaliyah did a great job. GREAT APARTMENTS!!!!!
September 3, 2024Well I stated at the 100 since last July and i must said i was a pleasure my last day is tomorrow September 4. What i love the most is that the maintenance man is on their job ever work Order i put in was answered the same day or the next never was a problem get stuff done that was need completed. And for Kristen she the BEST at the time she was my go to person who helped me move in without any hassle and now she the property manager CONGRATS on the promotion. Really Great Community
June 10, 2024I've lived at 100 Luxury South since March 2023 and so far living here has been great. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. The maintenance team is stellar! Whenever I've had an issue (which was not often), it was quickly addressed. It's also a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff does all they can to ensure that the community remains clean and the landscaping in the front of the property is beautiful!
