Great customer service

GREAT APARTMENTS!!!!!
September 3, 2024Well I stated at the 100 since last July and i must said i was a pleasure my last day is tomorrow September 4. What i love the most is that the maintenance man is on their job ever work Order i put in was answered the same day or the next never was a problem get stuff done that was need completed. And for Kristen she the BEST at the time she was my go to person who helped me move in without any hassle and now she the property manager CONGRATS on the promotion. Really Great Community
June 10, 2024I've lived at 100 Luxury South since March 2023 and so far living here has been great. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. The maintenance team is stellar! Whenever I've had an issue (which was not often), it was quickly addressed. It's also a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff does all they can to ensure that the community remains clean and the landscaping in the front of the property is beautiful! Great 4-Year Experience!
May 16, 2024Our 4 years at 100 South have been amazing! We have really enjoyed our time living here. The entire staff, including the maintenance team, is top notch and we have always received great service and accommodation. The grounds are kept immaculate. Every Monday the maintenance team can be seen picking up any loose trash, and every Tuesday the lawn care team arrives like clockwork. It’s truly a beautiful complex and a pleasure to wake up to. Our only reason for leaving is our growing family. We ...have simply outgrown apartment living and need more space. We are so grateful for how responsive this staff has been, for the way they worked with us during hardships, and for their patience and kindness while we got back on our feet.
