We’ve been here for almost 2 weeks and we are very happy with the community so far. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with lots of storage. The apartment was in excellent condition and spotless when we moved in. Staff is very friendly and professional, and a few minor maintenance tickets we opened after move-in were taken care of immediately. We are really impressed with how well run and maintained the building is.

This is the second year this building is just crumbling down: the elevators beak down all the time, the pool isn’t open yet (MDW was last week), packages keep getting lost and the email communications are quite bad

Overall great building - 1000 Jefferson leasing and maintenance teams are very friendly and issues are resolved quickly. They are very responsive and great to work with. Only feedback is high ammenity fee with frequent issues with ammenities (e.g. elevators need to be replaced).

Only one working elevator. Out of 3. Package situation is an absolute mess. They use toxic harass smelling overwhelming cleaning products that gives me headaches and refuse to simply change products to healthy ones. Which would be best for all residents. Management often non-responsive. Lobby is now dangerous construction area with indefinite delays on if/when it might be finished.

We’ve been living at 1000 Jefferson as a family with two children, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is modern, well maintained, and family-friendly. The apartments are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is consistently helpful and responsive. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, with parks, schools, and everyday conveniences close by. We truly enjoy calling 1000 Jefferson our home and would highly recommend it to other families.

Helpful maintenance, clean building, and good amenities. However, the elevators are out of service frequently and the fees go up significantly each year you renew.

Elevator has not been working for months. They always fix each for a couple of hours and then it’s broken again. The pool was closed several times over the summer. The management is the very worst

I am over all very happy with the apartment and the amenities. A little disappointed that the pool was closed a lot this summer. I feel like any issues with the pool should have been looked at before the summer.
