The entire complex is amazing with all the renovations. The Office Manager, Toni is top notch and super friendly. She makes sure work orders are complete and helps you anyway she can. I really like living here.

I grew up in Iowa Park. These apartments were NOTORIOUSLY bad. I was left speechless after seeing the renovations that have been done here. The renovations to the inside aren't the only change. The entire property has been cleared of the "riff raff" that once over ran this place.
The new apartment manager Toni has done an AMAZING job!!! She doesn't put up with the old way things were done here. She has single handedly turned this property around from a 1 star to a 5 star place in which proud to ...
