July 7, 2025I've been living here since 2023 and I moved in unexpectedly - it was not a pre-planned move. However, I love this apartment community. Cortland has really done a great job with maintaining the overall appearance, policy, and professionalism throughout my entire stay. There has been some downs with different neighbors who are no longer residents, but I always felt that my needs were taken serious and met with concern from different levels of management from Cortland. I would definitely recommend ...people to live here. It's quiet, very up kept, clean, and family orientated as well.Property Manager Responded

Cortland has always been good to their word, that’s why this is my second Cortland location that I have lived at in the last three years.
