  • Apartment life for the first time in a long time....

    Well, we spent a year in an apartment while our home was getting built. We both had not lived in an apartment since our younger days! The management, the maintenance crew and the total package of amenities is a huge plus! Even when we had to extend our stay in the apartment , the staff was so understanding!! Definitely a great place to make it your place to enjoy!!

    I would leave an excellent review if it weren’t for the trash and the incurring stains all over the breezeways. Other than that we really enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It’s a great place for dogs, walking, and exercising. The indoor and outdoor gyms are amazing. The events several times a month are also a bonus.

    It’s mine and my brother’s first time renting, and we had a very short timeframe to find our home. As soon as we came and toured 1000 West, we had a feeling we’d found what we’d been looking for and applied shortly thereafter. Management was incredible, especially Mike and Matt, whose consideration and care greatly eased our move-in process, making what was a rather chaotic time of our lives so much less stressful. It’s been such a blessing to make this beautiful place our home!

    1000 West has surpassed my expectations so far. It is a beautiful quiet facility located in a very nice place and accessible to grocery stores and other commercial buildings. It is very well manicured and the apartments are beautiful inside and outside.
