June 17, 2025Totally unresponsive to any issues. Won’t respond to any phone calls or emails with issues. I paid on time every time and when I asked for my security deposit I was ghosted. I moved out a year ago and left the place spotless. When I moved in it took me an entire day of cleaning it as it was filthy on move in. I checked out and gave them my forwarding address. I have been attempting to get my deposit back now for close to a year, without a single response other than they forgot to do a final check ...out statement and someone will get back to me. If you value your peace I would stay away from them. January 29, 2025Living at 101 Center has been an amazing experience! The fitness center is top-tier, and the pool is always clean and enjoyable. The clubhouse provides plenty of space, whether you need a place to relax or focus on work. The maintenance team is exceptional—always quick, friendly, and efficient in addressing any concerns. I also want to give a special shoutout to Zion and Autum, who continuously go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. no deposite refund after move out on 7/31/2024
December 5, 2024!NO DEPOSITE REUND! It has now been over four months since my lease ended in July, and despite repeated follow-ups, my deposit refund has still not been issued. This delay is far beyond the 30-day timeframe outlined in the rental agreement and is completely unacceptable. Say the ownership team was working on this matter. DO NOT DO IT!!!
January 29, 2023Do not pay attention to all the fake reviews from people who only took a tour here but never actually lived here. This property has had 5 DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES in 3 years. Things are ALWAYS broken. And not just small things but like BEDROOM LIGHTS THAT THEY WONT REPLACE (and you can't replace them yourself bc they are specialty lights) and THE ELEVATOR is always broken. I have no idea how anyone with limited accessibility could live here. ALSO, the Security is ALWAYS DOWN. You're ...supposed to have a key fob to enter the building and a garage opener to get in the gate but EVERYTHING is ALWAYS BROKEN so just anyone can come in. There was someone SLEEPING IN THE MAILROOM last week. For a downtown apartment, this lack of security is inexcusable. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS A PART OF WHAT YOUR RENT COVERS. OH! and good luck getting anyone to respond to your emails. or phone calls. or be in the lobby DURING OFFICE HOURS.
