Quick part replacement After repeated attempts to fix ice maker on door, they gave us new doors within days of submitting maintenance request. Towne Properties has a great maintenance team at 1010 Rhine.

1010 Rhine is amazingly cool. Every tony apartment has an incredible view. Half the tenants’ first name is DOCTOR. The BAD is I had a GHOST bed mattress and frame stolen from the 11th floor delivery area last week. (Hopefully Detectives from the Cincy police will catch the thief). The WONDERFUL are Sharon (mgr), Kiara (leasing) and Eric (custodian) who graciously welcomed this Texas lawyer to the best of the best location in Cincy, owned by a family, not a corporate heathen. 1010 is one of the best places I have ever lived. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well constructed, the amenities are top-notch and the leasing office staff is incredible. Rhonda and Daisy took care of me from the moment I expressed interest until the moment I moved out. Even after I left when a package accidentally got sent to my old address there, Daisy was so willing to help me out!
