    • Neglected Potential

      This property looks great in the pictures and has the added convenience of being able to pay and submit work order online, which I found as an amazing bonus. Only a few of the places I have stayed in the past had that option. Besides the stained carpets, broken door, missing hardware on the upstairs tub, nonworking light in the hallway, and the maintenance guy (who is also the key guy) not sending me the key when they were supposed to, and then the same guy taking over a week to just drop it off ...
      in the unit for my boyfriend to get… it’s a decent place. If you move in to a unit and it’s in perfect working order, and nothing happens while you their this place is pretty nice and fairly quiet. However, if you ever have a need, like the things we already had wrong at my arrival, or the ceiling fan leaking water when it rained, or ants taking over the common grounds biting your kids, or even the trees with inch long thorns over growing the walk ways… you will not get a response and you will not have anything done. My boyfriend had to replace the lights that were burnt out, and fixe every ceiling fan that wouldn’t work. He continues to try and help us with the ants as well. Neighbors say there’s no point in submitting work orders because the maintenance guy won’t show, but at best he will pay you to fix it. At this point my boyfriend is willing to take that offer, but now I can’t even get him on the phone. IF you just need a roof and a bathroom, this place is for you… but you will be on your own.
