Rude Landlord
July 27, 2018 - Review from Apartments.com
He's extremely rude, he's speak down to his tenants as if they shouldn't be respected. He yells to the top of his lungs when he's having a bad day. He doesn't remember who pays the rents, he filed eviction on an incident tenant who paid there rent. Took her to court and then apologized for his wrong doing.it takes 4 or 5 days for a response to maintenance issues. He takes short cuts on repairs and never fixes anything properly. He is horrible.
