Someone was mugged in the garage of this complex a few months ago. There have also been people loitering outside of the building. The garage leaks every year and the landlord is too cheap to do anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Every year we get heavy rains and every year the apartment leaks. The landlord thinks he can fix it himself and refuses to get any real work done. The leaking happens at multiple units of the complex.
