This place is 1 block away from the French quarter on a street that tourists don't even know exists. Parking is very easy if you have a car. As for the apartment itself, it is completely renovated with new appliances and cabinets in the kitchen and new floors. The landlord and his wife are always available if there is a problem and will either fix the issue that day or have someone come out the next day. They are also just all around nice people.
