Beautiful and Quiet apartment complex
February 11, 2025I have lived here for 4 years now and it is definitely the most quiet place I have lived. Yes there is normal noise from the upkeep of the landscape and when the management company keeps up with repairs. But we are always notified of scheduled repairs before hand. The complex is very pet friendly, I've even seen someone walking their cat and pet iguana. Whenever there has been an issue in my unit as long as I bring it to the leasing offices attention they make sure it is taken care of in a timely ...manner. This place is paradise!
October 24, 2024I can't believe some of the reviews posted here calling this place horrible and such - sounds like sour grapes! Brookstone is a beautiful place to live. I have lived here for over 9 years and am very happy. I especially appreciate the gated access. The management team is so friendly and kind and there are resident events every month that I always attend. The recreation facilities are stellar - the pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQs, etc. And the landscaping is wonderful. Poor quality, dirty water, termites.
January 31, 2023Home wasn’t cleaned upon move-in. Water is discolored with brown and debris comes out the pipes every day. There are termites infesting the current building. Do not let them lie to you and tell you they aren’t. Multiple water shutdowns for hours a day, multiple times a month. Loud grass cutting at 7-8AM on days, and paper thin windows and walls do not help those who have late night jobs. Giant dump
September 2, 2017The most dangerous place I've ever lived. Air conditioning units are all defective and they know it. Staff are angry and abusive. Cars are constantly being vandalized and broken into. Parking lot is not safe. Perfect for first apartment
October 5, 2015I live here with my wife and twin boys. We love this place and have been here 1 yr. The bedrooms have huge closets. Our kitchen came with fridge and stove and dish washer. Staff is really friendly and whenever a repair is needed they fix it right away. A/c works great since they installed an energy efficient one when we moved in. My kids love the pool and jacuzzi.
