There are bigger apartment and there are smaller apartment , but my apartment is in such a mess it is not fit for anyone to live there. That is what happens when you had one apartment in Manhattan, one house in Pennsylvania and another house in Queens, then consolidate all into one without gave up any extra personal belongs.
The view is only foot traffic in the street, when I am in the basement. With a bird's view of human heads when I am in my living room up stair. This house has perfect ...
location between a Catholic church and a bodega where cigarettes, beer and lottery tickets can be acquired.
Then in the worst case, you can always get to your I -phone to do everything else.
