the landlord is very rude, inconsiderate, and apparently illiterate. after viewing an apartment, filling out an application, being told the apartment was ours, getting 3000 dollars in cash, and meeting to sign the lease, we were told we could only have two cats not three. despite writing down the number of cats, their ages and weights, she “missed that” and very disrespectfully sent us away (literally turned her back to my boyfriend and i in her own apartment)
