I’ve lived here for years with my parents and moved out about a year ago and I can tell you it was the WORSE apartments I’ve ever lived in. First the manager IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE i don’t know how she even got the position and just plain rude!!!! Before I moved in she tried to rent us the apartment with unfixable conditions so we took pictures for insurance so we can get our security deposit back and when we showed her the pictures she started getting mad saying “why are you taking ...
pictures” and started a whole argument. When you text her about maintenance work she’s response back saying “it’s your problem you have to deal with it” when clearly in the contract says it’s the manager responsibility to deal with such tasks!! But when the rent is rising up she’s so quick to knock on very door saying “your rent is gonna go 50-100$ more by the next month”Parking here is ridiculous very renter here has about 3 cars so you have no choice but to park down the road. There was so many times where I should’ve called HER MANAGER and say why are we paying so much for rent when the conditions here aren’t being fixed proper. I advise YOU TO NEVER APPLY HERE It’s not worth it, it’s not worth your money and time!
