March 16, 2022Though these apartments at 1055 W. Catalpa are the cheapest in the city, the low price comes with a price. Rats. This entire building is infested with rats. Big rats. Do yourself a favor and find an apartment building without Rats.Review from Apartments.com
BEDBUGS AVOID

Bed bugs roaches and mice
July 12, 2017My boyfriend and i have been living here for about 7 months now. We are having issues with roaches mice and bedbugs. It is the worst thing you can deal with. Esp. Bed bugs. It's a filthy apartment. Stay away! Eventhough they tried to get rid of the bed bugs and mice they keep coming back!!! We found mice poop under our couch and an actual mice in the bathtub just chilling . We are very clean people. One time we saw someone had thrown away a mattress by the garbage and it was infested with ...bedbugs.
