Spacious, not well maintained property, upgrades are terrible
May 31, 2024I have been living in a spacious but pricey unit in this building. The property has not been maintained well at all, and the management can be difficult to deal (regarding the renovations). The wood flooring has not been up kept and is rotting and has holes. The building wide heating (radiators) is not sufficient for Boston winters as it they just don't turn on some days. The management is making upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, in unit washer dryer, and individual unit HVAC splits ...before the next leasing cycle but unfortunately, it is one of the most invasive and poor quality renovation jobs I have seen. The "upgrades" are just shiny things that do not actually work so they can market the unit at a luxury price. The dryer does not dry clothes even after hours of running. Don't Live Here
April 16, 2023I wish I'd never signed a lease on this place. The price doesn't match the quality of the units at all, and even when you account for its location the rent is a rip off. Management is lazy, especially when it comes to dealing with the constant package stealing that happens here. They simply say it isn't their problem. Hot water isn't consistent and there's always at least one laundry machine that's broken. I hate this place.Review from Apartments.com

Great Location, less than great service
August 19, 2015This building has a great location, about a 2 minute walk from the T and directly across the street from a 24 hour supermarket which is AMAZING during the winter. However the maintenance team is basically nonexistent, my shower has been running for now a full year and a half and my sink drains directly into the dishwasher making that pretty useless. They don't answer their phones, voicemail's or email and apparently none of these issues are a priority. High ceilings and a decent size for the ...price.
