He was friendly and really made me feel confident that The Walk was the right choice. So far lots of people have walked by with dogs and been so friendly! The building is so close to Las Olas for convenience, but still maintains a quiet, neighborhood vibe. The place is kept very clean and there are great amenities! January 14, 2025Needs work Overall they do a nice job keeping up with a lot of daily chores and clean up. But not with exterior glass. The windows are filthy year round on a lot of low level floors and is a disgrace to the building. They also need to find a way to manage and clean pet waste areas around building entrances doors. Some times the stench walking out is offensive.!! The second story cat walk always has debris and dead birds on them for months. It’s horrible to walk by.Property Manager Responded
