This is where you want to live, close to mizner park, in between publix and trader joes, less than a mile from the ocean and great office staff. The Manager Chris has made my experience amazing and truly cares about her residents and it shows in her work and her relationship with everyone. PS. They throw yhe best resident events !

I was very nervous moving from out of state. But from the first call, to move-in day, Josh was super informative and helpful. He even went out of his way to take measurements I needed and check exactly how far my apartment was from my parking spot. Love the area!

Bed Bugs

My unit had carpet in it and I had to throw away my mattress and headboard twice, due to bed bugs. I offered to the leasing office, either switch to a new unit or let me out of my lease early. The leasing office's response was sorry we're not doing anything and we will send a pest control guy to your unit, and bill you for the cost.

I don’t normally write reviews, however I want to share my recent experiences at what is now called 10X Living at Mizner Park in Boca Raton. Recently I have found the maintenance, Dan & team, very responsive to my request for normally minor repairs, such as an A/C filter change or a warning light in my refrigerator. They always show up the very next day and handle the situation. Thank you Ms. Mobley and Chris with your assistance with the move in and helping me adapt to my new life in Florida. ...
PS: I looked at many other options in the Boca Raton downtown area. This is by far the best value ! Thanks, George 511
