Its a great place to live. Very quiet and maintenance is always on point. My only complaint is parking. There are limited spots in certain areas of the complex and after 6pm, its hard to find parking near your building. It would be nice if they had a guest parking area so residents dont have to walk far to their building.

We love it here! The staff are courteous and friendly, the maintenance crew is top notch and the neighborhood is great. Its a little noisy by the highway side but overall this is the best spot.

I have a mixed experience living in this community. There are definitely some positives — the location is convenient, the grounds are generally well-kept, and maintenance usually responds in a reasonable timeframe. The amenities are decent, and when everything is working as it should, it’s a comfortable place to live. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Communication from the office can be inconsistent, and some issues take longer than expected to resolve. Noise can also ...
be hit-or-miss depending on the day and the neighbors. For the price, I expected a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Overall, it’s not a bad place to live, but there’s room for improvement. With better communication and more proactive management, it could easily be a 4- or 5-star community.

Moved in a few weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. The move-in process was simple. The area is clean and the trash is taken every day besides Friday and Saturday. No issues so far!
