December 11, 2025This place has been a nightmare since we’ve moved here. Our unit has had multiple electrical issues, they charge you ridiculous extra fees, the gate was broken for 11 months straight, the trash piles up constantly, they literally never answer any calls, and they towed my car for no reason. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.Property Manager Responded

It's important to us that this is a tidy and pleasant place to call home for our valued residents, and we can assure you our waste compactor is fully functional. Our Valet waste pickup service retrieves personal waste from residents' doorsteps for their convenience, and our service team will continue to maintain our grounds and common areas by picking up after others and reminding them of our strict personal and pet waste policies as well. Rest assured, our access gates are operational and have been since they were unfortunately damaged last Summer. July 9, 2025I love the look, layout and comfortability of the apartment. The pond is an extra added bonus. Only gave 4 stars because there are some things I'm not a fan of. Those things include the gate still not being fixed after 2 months when I was told it would be fixed within a week of moving in, my personal property being stolen, and the fact that no one seems to ever want to pick up their dog poop so all walking trails are littered with dog poop piles, which in turn got my immuno-compromised dog very ...ill. The staff however all seem very friendly and welcoming. I just wish I could say the same about all of the residents.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2025The property itself is well-kept and maintained. The rent is reasonable for the size of my unit and I really like the layout and spaciousness. The staff at 10x Ormond is comprised of very helpful folks who have helped me with any questions or issues I've had, to include the maintenance team.
