If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at 10X Port Royale was, without question, the worst apartment experience I've ever had. I've never written a review but hopefully this will help someone STAY AWAY from renting there!
The property has constant management turnover, and it shows. The residents' concerns were taken seriously or addressed with any urgency because they don't care! The property itself is outdated and poorly maintained. The grounds were frequently dirty, dog waste was often ...
left throughout the property, hallways aren't cleaned and it's disgusting! The elevators were frequently out of service. Deliveries that were supposed to be brought to residents' doors were often left scattered throughout the outdoor mailroom, I also regularly observed individuals who appeared to be homeless which raised concerns about security.Maintenance don't speak english and residents were expected to replace their own HVAC air filters.I reported concerns regarding possible mold and the tests I did showed positive. While living there, both my dog and I experienced ongoing health issues. Since moving out, neither of us has had those same problems. Things became so bad that I chose to move out one month before my lease ended while continuing to pay the full rent simply because I no longer wanted to live there!!! Even after moving out, the issues have continued. I received a final move-out statement showing a balance of $119.15. After that, I received another statement increasing my balance to $312.18 . Some long-term tenants appeared to have lower rent due to older lease agreements, while newer residents paid considerably more for the same outdated property. This was an extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end.
I would NEVER live here again and WOULD NOT recommend 10X Port Royale to anyone.

It's important we clarify here that each of your service requests was addressed through the community's standard maintenance procedures. When you brought to our attention these concerns regarding the possibility of excessive moisture-related issues, our team thoroughly inspected your home. At the time of this inspection, no visible signs of issues of this nature were observed.
Regarding our community pools, these are maintained by a licensed third-party vendor three times per week. On days when the vendor is not scheduled, the on-site maintenance team performs routine inspections and upkeep to help ensure the pools remain in proper operating condition.
