The worst!
April 12, 2024New management took a great building in an amazing location… and ruined it in just a few months. Things they are good at: Selling overpriced units. Increasing rent constantly. Reducing expenses. Incentivizing fake reviews. Breaking contract. Things they are bad at: Communication. Taking any responsibility. Fixing essential problems. Fixing important items on time. What to expect living here: Constant elevator issues, with prices being above market puts extreme stress on the building as people ...move in and out. Elevators inspections are still expired with over a dozen building and code violations. Parking garage has been broken for almost a year. Getting in and out, especially for guests is a hassle. No security or surveillance in the garage means your car will likely be damaged and broken into. Poor communication skills, lack of any customer service. Constant excuses, to the point that I have to take them to small claims court for breach of contract. At this point I’m livid and disappointed. Will never live in a 10x building again - or any building managed by RPMLiving….Property Manager Responded

The most horrible experience
April 8, 2024A dirty building with one elevator from the two always down. A garage full of garages. Everything in the apartment is cheap. You can t keep clean the floors that are the cheapest plastic in the world. You have to share garage with public and you pay for it.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 2024I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment at 10X Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the breathtaking views to the state-of-the-art amenities, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the view from my apartment was simply stunning. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water every morning was a true delight. Whether I was enjoying a cup of coffee on my balcony or simply relaxing in the ...living room, the view never failed to take my breath away. The cleanliness of the apartment was also top-notch. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better. Situated right on Las Olas Boulevard, I was just steps away from some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment options in Fort Lauderdale. Everything I needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood. Lastly, the state-of-the-art amenities provided by the apartment complex were impressive. From the fitness center to the pool area, every facility was well-maintained and easily accessible. Overall, my experience renting an apartment at 10X Las Olas Boulevard was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the breathtaking views, cleanliness, great location, and state-of-the-art amenities made it a truly unforgettable stay. Do not move here
July 14, 2022The only luxury building in Fort Lauderdale where you have to share your garage with the general public. Trash everywhere, cars getting broken into, bicycles stolen. Not sure what else has to happen here in order for them to take security seriously & if anything happens they just tell you the cameras don’t work, poor excuse for a leasing company.Review from Apartments.com
Would NOT recommend, if you want to have a pleasurable experience
April 10, 2022I moved into 4 West when they first opened, first person to live on my floor. I lived here for 2 years, first year was okay because The Wharf wasn't open due to Covid. Angela was a very nice property manager that helped me move in, sadly she left. The amenities are beautiful, rooftop pool, nice view in the gym, lounge area on the PH floor. But once they opened back up Thursday-Sunday there is non-stop music blaring all night long. You can hear people screaming to the top of their lungs. No ...parking for residents because they reserve parking for non-residents, but then there's no parking for our guest. So guest are forced to pay $20-$40 to park. The gate is constantly broken or not working to get out. They've also been through three property managers since I lived there. Staff are unprofessional, they will chase your guest (with a car) through a PUBLIC parking garage and accuse them of NOT belonging there or not being residents. The newest property manger is very condescending, he speaks to you in a sarcastic manner when you ask him a question. They also won't allow you to bring more than two guest to the pool or amenity area "due to Covid" but then they schedule parties and events that they host every month which is 20-30 people. If you want to move during the weekend and request to use the moving dock they will tell you no, it can only be used during the weekday. People work during the week so I don't understand the logic. Overall, if you want to live somewhere, where you constantly have to listen to drunk party goers/loud music Thursday-Sunday, you like an unprofessional leasing team, constant issues with the parking garage, and not being able to enjoy the amenities you pay for then I would recommend this place for you.Property Manager Responded

Noise, Traffic and No Parking for Residents
March 25, 2021Non-Stop noise blaring loud rap music from the Wharf next door until 4:00 am 4 nights a week. You will not get any sleep. In addition, the Warf brings in bumper to bumper traffic, drunk party kids acting loud, fights. In addition, management opens up the parking garage to the Warf patrons, and residents are locked out of parking since management would rather make $20 bucks. Unbearable Noise
February 18, 2021The property is located right about a bar/club/lounge called the Wharf. From Thursday through Sunday, club music plays loudly until late, and until 3AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
