Mold inside apartment.
December 11, 2024The a/c vent are dirty, and clothes drier is old and filters need to be clean. The maintenance people from the complex was supposed to schedule a vent and filters cleaning for my apartment, but they never scheduled anything.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Home!

August 24, 2020We have lived here two years in a three bedroom two bath The maintenance here is on the spot you have a problem they are here the next day actually they hired a new guy and he is amazing he wont go until its fixed and he fast .. they all are very good to their renters And on top of things We were going to move to a different place close to my husbands job But decided not to.. Peaceful
June 24, 2019This is great place to start off for the working class. Colonnades is quiet, has respectful neighbors throughout the community, wonderful management and maintenance team and access to the best shopping, grocery stores x3 and restaurants. However, there is a major problem with the mail carriers. Our mail is almost always mis-delivered or not delivered at all. I have complained to the postmaster, but it appears there is theft that's taking place and not one thing is being done about it. Also, ...the gate is not the problem; it is the people who do not live here who tailgate. Colonnades needs to place cameras at the gate to get tag numbers of people who do not use the proper entrance method. One last note, normally where there are children, there is noise. In most cases the children are respectful and abide by the rules. For the most part, Colonnades is a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Love this place!
August 28, 2018I love this place, I've been living in this community for 2 years and I love it, maintenance and office staff. Im not sure the reasons of other people telling otherwise, but so far everything has been completed on my satisfaction. I work on property management and I do understand as a tenant, we want to get everything fixed right away on my time, however everything is a process. If you are renting a house or a homeowner you need to wait to get the service you want, right? I was with no AC for ...2 days but they were very propmpt on responding, I had a leak they came and fix it right away. I had a light bulb out and they replace it. Also, my advise make sure you live the apartment the same conditions they gave it back to you so you dont get charged extra. I also have pets and I know if they pee on the carpet I will get charge for the carpet because is my responsability to care about my pet and a property that is not mine.
