August 9, 2015This apartment complex has all the common amenities and it is clean and quiet. It is near a mall and some other staples, but if you are looking to be near the beach or downtown areas, this may be a little too far west for you. The complex is about 20-30 minutes from each. January 1, 2015The apartment is really nice but the new management company is letting the grounds get really bad without any real upkeep. They mow, do general lawn service but the plants are dying/dead, weeds are everywhere, the grass and areas around the lake look really bad, I don't even walnt to walk around back there. There are red ant hills all over the property. Generally looking run down and unkept.
