11 East Forsyth has a jail-like vibe. Opening windows is forbidden. In-unit HVAC is machinery factory-loud every single time it switches on and sometimes pushes out a sewage smell. Sound from outside carries. Garage gates almost never worked; elevator when it wanted to. Gym is good enough. Maintenance is quick; leasing, sometimes. One cool thing—tenants often leave useful items out for others instead of trashing them. Few other issues made me choose to break lease after a few months—wasn’t ...

I have lived here for close to 3 years and in that time, one elevator has been inoperable for 2/3 of the time and the other one is constantly having issues (dropping floors, people getting stuck, etc.). Management takes forever to acknowledge these problems and waits till the last minute to have anything looked at. Also, the a/c systems are in dire need of replacement as well.
