New management, poorly run.
March 26, 2024STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! Management ignores you, upkeep of dog park is dismal, snow removal is lacking and sometimes will bury you in instead of actually removing (snow wasn’t even bad this year). Called multiple times about people smoking (which 11 West is supposed to be a smoke free complex), but they won’t enforce it. Now they just ignore our phone calls. Called the owners to tell them what’s going on. Ended up being shouted at, belittled, and told if we didn’t like it, then don’t renew our ...lease this year. I promise we won’t be. Talking with other residents, most have similar experiences and will be moving out too. Clearly they do not want our business. Don’t believe in the false advertising’s. Awesome Apartment Complex - Incredible 3rd Floor Mountain Views
October 24, 202311 West Apartments is an awesome apartment complex with incredible mountain views! (In my opinion the 3rd Floor units have the absolute best views of the mountains. The 'AA building' units are 'brand new construction' and they did an awesome job! Love it... I was attracted to living in a new building, always so nice and clean.) -- So many enjoy living in a new apartment, so I'd highly recommend asking to see the 3rd Floor units in the AA building. The staff is amazing! They are all so nice and ...everything is very well managed and super clean. Parking is very easy. (Truly a hidden gem in Ogden, Utah.) Don’t even bother
July 29, 2023Been living here for less than a year, and every month since, my rent has not even been close to what it should be, tons of fees that make absolutely no sense, such as paying for vacant apartments and common area fees (which I had been double or triple charged for in one month), sewer fees are raised to $90, etc. Every time I tried to contact anyone from Management, I was ignored or not replied to for over a month, it is very suspicious and sketchy, I see tenants moving out all the time, and from ...other neighbors I’ve talked to and reviews I have seen, they have switched property managers multiple times in the past year or 2. Never again
April 2, 2023In regards to the place it's a nice looking place to live but with a high cost. Since we have been here our garage door hasn't worked properly, we had a leak in our master bathroom, random cracks have appeared in the dry wall. It feels like the construction was rushed and quality was not in mind. We can live with that as maintenance will come and fix it BUT the biggest downside is the HIDDEN FEES. We have budgeted our rent, plus fees that they disclose and utilities. However they charge you for ...all of the unoccupied units AND common areas. We have been living here since December and got a "deal" on first months rent but every month since then we have been paying a ridiculous amount of fees on units $200-300+ that don't make any logical sense to us. We loved the area and the facilities and thought we would renew our contract to avoid the hassle of moving but with all of these unpleasant suprises in fees every month we can't wait till our lease is over.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quick & Painless
October 25, 2022Complex is clean. Application process was straightforward. No issues with the unit. I don't hear my neighbors and I like the leasing manager Carrie. She is kind, professional, and responsive. The community is near the freeway access, gas station up the road, and shopping not far either. Not sure what more one could ask for. All in all, the whole process from start to move in was quick and painless. I find the place and the leasing manager Carrie to be excellent!Review from Apartments.com
Not Recommended
September 1, 2021Save your self the headache and find another to move in. The interior is subpar for price you are paying. The leasing experience is awful. Not a single phone call or communication from the leasing office about your application. Calls to the office are impossible because voice mail is always full. It takes three personal visit to find out whats going on and to remind them to MAKE A LEASE. Lease did not get created until the day before lease start. Even then, the meeting to get the key until ...late afternoon was delayed because the apartment wasn't clean. This isn't a supposed to be a motel.
