    This complex is alright. The apartment is pretty expensive for what you get. The hallways are pretty dirty and the doors are banged up, which I assume is from people moving things and crashing it into the doors and walls. The golf simulator has not been fixed since I’ve moved in a month ago. The doors around the complex do not always close correctly, leaving the locks useless.     lot of construction around the place but I appreciate the constant updates about it and how the work is fairly quiet and there is good signage. The walls are fairly thin so I hear my next door neighbors often. I will say the maintenance team does good, quick work. The Wi-Fi they offer is fast and I haven’t experienced it going out yet. The fire alarms have gone off twice in a month. The apartment is in a great location, easy access to Costco and surrounding restaurants/stores.

    The building location is wonderful, plenty of options for food and groceries. They also have a lot of fun events in and around the neighborhood. The leasing staff is friendly and is on top with communication and alerts.

    I have never regretted moving to 1105, because the building is well maintained, conveniently located and I always feel safe here. There isn't a better apartment choice anywhere in Brookhaven.

    I really like how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is and the access I have to so many nearby shops . The staff communicates well and maintenance comes within a timely manner .

I appreciate him calling before entering as I am a woman who lives alone and that was a huge issue in my last complex.     If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place and the ownership could not be any worse. The fire alarms go off multiple times a week every week. In October the my went off and someone for some reason decided to spray the fire extinguishers all over doors and the hallway. They were completely covered. It took forever to get cleaned up and over 1 month later there is still soot from the extinguishers. The entire building smells like weed. Management uses any excuse to close the office early. ...
    Literally any excuse. I could count on 1 hand the amount of times they answer when you call and if I had a dollar for every time they emailed us saying they were closing early I’d be able to pay the rent they charge for this horrendous building. I would avoid falling for any rent concessions they may offer at any cost. This place is horrible.
