Excellent place to live!

This is by far one of the safest and cleanest apartment buildings in West Berkeley. 1122 U is close to some amazing restaurants and bars. One of the best coffee shops in the Bay Area is in the building!!!! The management is great and very quick responding to maintenance calls.
