    August 4, 2015
    Nice and quite. All of the other tenants have lived there for years and are polite. Only a few apartments in the unit and it feels more like a house than apartment. Good storage for fishing gear available. Right across the street from the beach and a few blocks away from the lagoon. Plenty of good restraunts and bars just a couple of miles away. No pets allowed but a few cats live outside.
