The Rose of Sharon home has been in our family for 35 years. For most of these years, family members have lived in the home. The family has decided to rent this quality home to high quality renters who will treat it like their own home. The master bedroom is spacious with a beautiful bay window, a small walk in closet, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a lovely bay window looking out to the back yard. The third bedroom is smaller with a lovely window. The living room is a lovely with enough room for a couch, loveseat and a couple of recliners. The kitchen area for all of the essentials and a modest small eating area. The kitchen has a door that opens to a large deck so outdoor eating is an excellent option with this home. The backyard is lovely and peaceful with dogwood trees, rose of sharon bushes and other lovely plants. The renters will need to provide their own appliances. A built-in dishwasher is included currently. Washer and dryer hookups exist. The home has a cute front porch. The back yard is lovely. The home has well-maintained landscaping. The back yard has gorgeous dogwood trees. A few thornless blackberry bushes are on the property as well as a blueberry bush. Kind and good people are the neighbors. The home has a brand new central heat and air unit with gas heat and electric air conditioning. The stove hookup is electric and the water heater is gas. The home is on Dickson Water Authority Sewer so the water bills include sewer. No fence is on the property. NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME. High speed internet is available. The deposit is $2750. A 60 day notice of vacating the rental is required. Deposit will be returned if the home is left in excellent condition. When the 60 day notice is given, the owner will go through the home with the tenant to assess the condition of the home. The deposit can be returned and/applied to the final month's rent. We want clean tenants and references that verify the tenants keep and tidy and clean home.
