My husband and I are a very young couple and we were looking for a place of our own. We came across these apartments on 115 North Oak St. Inglewood CA by De Miranda Management while searching in Apartments.com. When we first came to the apartments it seemed very humble and quiet. However actually living here, the neighbors are very noisy from 2:00am until 6:00am and there are quite a lot of noisy children here as well. hot and humid. It's actually over bearing. The management is what really gives it a low rating. There aren't infestations or anything but the landlord is very laid back I'll say too laid back!!!!! I put in work orders 4 months ago and he still hasn't gotten around to fixing anything. Mind you he lives right under us on sight. Our fuse blew out due to electrical problems and he dodged me until I confronted him for the forth time because my fire alarms were out. Overall the apartment is OK, but should be used as more of a temporary stay. Because of the extreme heat and luke warm management.
