DONT MOVE IN IF YOU RECIEVE MEDS OR PACKAGES

There seems to be a lack of mission to help clients. There is a noticable lack of quality with new staff hires at the front desk which results in packages not being delivered to clients. Tonight the two on staff at the front desk fixed it so that they were never together at the phone, resulting in noone being available to go across the lobby and give me the package that USPS dropped off at noon. I attempted at six, eight and nine toget one to give it to me, but at the final time I was just ...
ignored. I have yet to recieve an ebay package delivered three days ago, or the meds from the VA that should have arrived last week.
